Orders must be placed before the advertised weekly cutoff time for delivery.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible due to meal preparation schedules.

5. Delivery

Prana Mama currently delivers to selected areas across Victoria.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring meals are refrigerated or frozen promptly upon delivery.

Prana Mama is not responsible for products that are damaged, spoiled or compromised due to:
incorrect delivery information
unattended deliveries
delays in bringing products inside after delivery

6. Storage & Reheating

Customers are responsible for following all storage and reheating instructions provided with meals.

Meals should be stored frozen or refrigerated as directed.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers.

Prana Mama reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

recipes
