Delivery Areas

Prana Mama currently delivers across selected areas of Victoria, including:
Melbourne metro
Mornington Peninsula
Bayside
Geelong and surrounding areas

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout using your postcode.

Delivery Days

We currently deliver:

Thursdays only

This allows us to prepare meals fresh in small batches and ensure the highest quality possible.

Order Cut Off

Orders close:

Tuesday at 8:00pm

for Thursday delivery.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following delivery week.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

We may offer free delivery promotions or minimum spend free delivery offers from time to time.

Receiving Your Delivery

Our meals are delivered frozen or chilled in insulated packaging designed to maintain product quality during transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:
delivery details are correct
someone is available to receive the order where required
meals are refrigerated or frozen promptly after delivery

If no one is home, meals may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise instructed.

Storage

Meals should be:

refrigerated immediately if consuming within the recommended timeframe

OR

placed directly into the freezer for later use

Please refer to individual meal packaging for storage and reheating instructions.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
traffic
weather conditions
road incidents
unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your understanding should delays arise.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Prana Mama is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address details supplied at checkout.

Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
